DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Arlington DFW South

Great hotel to stay at. Perfect location to explore the Arlington area for food and activities. Rooms are really nice and very clean. While I was not there during the warmer weather they do have a trolly that runs from the hotel to take you to various activities at a very low cost. Corey from Best Majestic transportation is great offering buses to to the sporting events and the bus will take you from the hotel and back. Great price and no need to drive and endure the major traffic by AT&T Stadium and Global Life field. He’s a super nice guy so make sure you see him in the lobby of the hotel to sign up for the buses. The only thing I would recommend for hotel management is to have enough staff to manage the higher volume of customers during peak seasons such as Thanksgiving in the restaurant. Having to chase someone to place an order and then chasing them down to get the bill is not something a guest should have to do. I would still strongly recommend staying here.

I stayed at this DoubleTree for two nights on a work trip and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Samantha at the front desk deserves a special mention. She was extremely attentive and proactive. Checking in to make sure everything was going well and offering help with anything I needed. She genuinely made my stay much better. Overall, I’d definitely give this hotel a 5‑star rating and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was convenient with yummy food, and my server was so sweet. The pool was also very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, although the furniture and walls seemed a bit worse for wear, etc. The best part was the convenience of the Arlington Trolley stopping here, which made getting to and from Globe Life super easy!

Sometimes, after a long day, you just want a smile and a warm cookie and Hilton does just that. Perfect place to wait out a flight, and they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport as well. Definitely made the right call paying a bit extra to come here for the night.

The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. Very nice bar area and we had a clean comfortable room. The favorite part of my trip was the front desk attendant, Pamela. She initially greeted us with a very friendly hello and brief conversation, thanked my 90 year old Navy Veteran father for his service and felt more like a friend than an employee at a business. Every morning and afternoon we were greeted with big smiles and genuine interest in our daily plans and then how our day was. I looked forward to seeing her everyday and sharing friendly conversation. She is a true gem and such an asset to your business. Thank you Pamela! We will miss you! - Laura M.

Stayed here for the Dallas Cowboys VS Eagles game November 23rd 2025 the staff is amazing the food is great at the Brass Spur in the lobby! We liked it so much we changed our flights and stayed for the a Cowboys/Chiefs game 4 days later!!! The best part was Cory with Best Majestic Transportation services getting you from the lobby to the game and back to the hotel safely he takes the guesswork out of trying to get a Uber and far more affordable at 40 dollars round trip!! We will always come here to stay for future games Go Cowboys.

The staff is very friendly, the welcome cookies are great. I really appreciated the complimentary water the receptionist gave me. My room was okay but the rug was a little misplaced.

I booked this hotel through air b&b and missed the deadline for a review unknowingly, it’s 2 weeks. Jason was my grandma and i’s host and he made the processes so smooth and easy. There were a few hiccups like the water being off when we arrived, and it not being back on by the time it was suppose to. (The sink water did not get hot, but we did not try the shower). These issues probably arise due to the age of the building. The location was a bit sketchy, but everyone at the hotel is friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have a medical device and asked for extra help. This was met with empathy from Jason and total cooperation. I am over the moon about the customer service received. I do wish there was complimentary breakfast, as we were headed to the airport that morning and grandma wanted a grab and go experience. Thank you to the doubletree team and Jason at air b&b
